We suggest that you plan your trip  to arrive at the Lodge (Under Tom Tower of Christ Church) in the (late) afternoon of the 15th – you will be presented with  keys, map, ID etc.

We will have a tour of the grounds in the late afternoon.
An informal dinner is planned in the evening, 7.00 h pm, in Freind Room, Christ Church.

The formal meeting starts on Sunday, the 16th, and will last through Monday evening. On Tuesday morning, the 18th, we will have an important Steering Committee meeting. Details of the program will be posted here soon.
